Hello Stacy!

How has your day been?

You've sure had your meal today, haven't you? How did mummy's cooking taste? Palatable? Sumptuous? Hahaha.

How's the weather? Bright? Dry? Or is it dark there?

Oh well, those words - palatable, sumptuous, bright, dry - are a few of words we use to describe what we see, smell, taste, hear and touch.

Remember nouns can also be abstract, like "weather", or concrete, like "food"?

Remember also that adjectives are used to describe nouns?

Now, any adjective that describes nouns related to our five senses are called SENSory words.

aromatic, malodorous, pungent, acrid, tarty, sour, bitter, wet, cold, lukewarm, ugly, beautiful, sweet, redolent, etc.

The list is endless, yet I do hope I've briefly summarized this concept.
By the way, Crystals glitter.
